Independent Sales Representative
Contract type: 1099
Contract term: 60 days, extensions available.
Contract-to-hire: After 12 months of full quota attainment.
Compensation: 15% of profit, scalaing to 22.5% for outstanding performance.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
1) Become familiar with NetSteady’s Sales Model
2) Become familiar with NetSteady’s Product offerings
3) Become familiar with NetSteady’s Partner offerings
4) Always work with the advantage of the customer in mind.
5) Make a minimum of fifty (50) new contacts per week [200 per month]
6) Identify a minimum of ten (10) new potential clients per week [40 per month]
7) Schedule and achieve a minimum of three (3) sales calls per week [12 per month]
8) Attain quote/close quota
9) File activity reports online
10) Attend team activity meeting every week (Virtually or in-person)
